The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep it's owners and their workers on the payroll. Rather you have an actual payroll or not, you may still qualify.
SBA will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. Loans will be forgiven for self-employed and sole proprietors as well, not exclusive to an actual payroll.
The last few weeks have been overwhelmingly successful for our team. The SBA still has over $105 billion dollars available, community based participation is encouraged. As a result, our designated lending partner has awarded our firm the capacity to help (500) five hundred additional small business owners between now and next Monday, June 1st.
